If u want a truly non-stick pan then cast iron is the way to go
These pans are heavy duty and supremely hard wearing. I have spent a small fortune on "non stick" pans over the years and they all lose their non stick coatings over time. Whether they are some generic or highly recognised brands, I would recommend cast iron or enamelled pans for truly non stick cooking.
This pan comes pre-seasoned (coating the pan in a thin layer of food grade oil and baking for upto an hour) which provides the non stick coating. I would recommend that you purchase some flaxseed oil, wash the pan thoroughly and brush on a light coating before baking for upto an hour before first use. This will provide a guaranteed non stick surface for cooking.
For the care of this pan all I do is pour in boiling water after cooking in the pan, adding a little washing up liquid, bring it to the boil and use a cleaning brush for washing up to remove some of the more stubborn food that may have clung onto the pan during cooking. After that just give it a clean like you would with any other pan and then rinse before wiping dry

Excellent Skillet Pan
Tried it on the open fire to cook drop scones at a recent guiding event. Conclusion? Very good indeed. As it had a short handle, purchased the silicone handle holder with the pan - wise choice. Hope to get many years of use out of this.

Very good pan
Very heavy, very good pan. Works for pizza and about anything. Season with 4 layers when I got it and it works fantastic for me. Should be in any household. (Side note - may be too heavy for some to use)

Buckingham Skillet nice universal pan
This Skillet is amazing and great piece kitchen wear , can be a little heavy but definitely healthier way of cooking and saves having a messy frying pan too , definitely gonna buy another one , Buckingham quality is great manufacturer’s and quality product would definitely recommend

Excellent Durable Item
This is the sort of pan that will last a lifetime. Very solid and heavy, not the cheaper type of pan which will bend and let your cooking get burnt. It's hefty to move around, but the results are astounding and it is an attractive piece of equipment.
